I
am a Licensed and National Certified Massage Therapist. Studying the
art of Massage was a profound and life-changing experience for me. I
believe that I was being drawn towards this training for a long time.
But like everything in life, one can only respond when once is in the
right “space” and is willing and open to embrace change. Since then, I
have been on a continuing journey of healing and self-development. This
journey began when I started my instruction at Bancroft School of
Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA.

Bancroft embraced the concept of intuitive touch and holistic wellness, with a broad spectrum of exposures to different modalities and because of continuing education classes I continue to grow and expand my knowledge in the art of Massage. Requisite for graduation included intensive research into the: History of Massage, Anatomy (w/Cadaver Lab), Physiology, Kinesiology, Health & Hygiene, First-Aid & CPR, Business Practices, Internship, Clinic, Seated and Onsite Massage, Hydrotherapy, Spa, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial & Trigger Point Therapy.
I have spread my wings into the Art of Massage Therapy and I have had a very fulfilling experience since. I have had the privilege of touching the lives, minds, and bodies of family, friends and clients using intuitive touch and combining specialized techniques that are custom choreographed to best suit their needs and wishes.
“The secret of health for the Mind, Body & Spirit is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly with an open heart.”
